The Owner

Bebe Hancock is a fabulous cook who loves to make traditional home style foods. She wants to take modern energy saving ideals and pair them with old style cooking techniques and recipes.

Before opening the Greenhouse bakery she has worked at local restaurants including Square One and the Tea Garden.

Our Green Business

Our goal in being green is to recycle what we can, keep waste to a minimum, and use the environment's natural resources to operate and run our business. The energy we use is all solar-generated, all of our packaging or containers are compostable and biodegradable, and our cleaning supplies are non-hazardous to the environment. Being green is not just a fad at the Greenhouse Bakery, but a state-of-mind to help ensure a clean and healthy environment conducive to our nation's economy for future generations to come.
